• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services or customs.

• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Standard (non-custom) products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unused and resaleable condition.

• Custom and personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

• We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor/screen differences.
